I practice in the civil law arena which touches on many
different aspects of life. My practice is therefore very varied and
involves giving general advice, preparation of various documents and also
litigation in contentious matters. In certain contentious matters I
sometimes instruct Counsel. This means that I would draft all documents
and pleadings in the matter and research the law for him/her to appear at the
hearing. I would then appear as Instructing Attorney. However, in
other matters I am the Advocate Attorney.
